Amelia Dahl, marketing and AI automation consultant in Spokane, Washington

Hi, I’m Amelia.

At my core, I’m a tinkerer. I test, break, rebuild, refine. I like exploring new tech and tools just to see what’s possible.

I’ve spent a decade in marketing and all of its neighboring planets: web development, email, design, CRM systems, automations, AI. I’m drawn to projects that challenge my brain — the kind where creativity and logic snap together in a satisfying way.

How I Got Here

My story starts in Juneau, Alaska. I used to be a sales rep for a tiny telecommunications store. Each year, thousands of tourists and crew members arrived off of the cruise ships. After watching people pour into town each day, I suggested we set up a booth at the docks so we could meet them where they already were.

So I pitched an idea to corporate: Let’s set up a booth at the docks. Let’s bring the service to them. To my surprise, they actually said yes.

We sold so many prepaid plans that they changed the commission structure the following year. My manager told me I belonged in marketing — so I listened.

I spent the next few years trying everything. Content, SEO, websites, email, agency work, freelance. Eventually, I realized what I actually loved wasn’t copywriting or ads. It was the systems behind it all. Automation. CRM management. The tech. The logic. The puzzle. The part where creativity meets problem solving. AI entered the picture about five years ago and I found my niche.

These days, I'm building a business around what I love: helping local businesses “untangle the yarn” of their chaotic systems. I'm always experimenting with new ones to see what's possible. Right now, I'm really into AI workflows and agents that can learn how a business runs and get smarter over time.
